JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Industrial estate developer PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate (BEST) Tbk dropped 8.8% to its new low in 12 months.

The stock ended at Rp520, 50% below its peak of Rp1,050. At Rp520 per share, BEST currently has market capitalization of Rp4.87 trillion or about 2.4 times equity.

Its peers Kawasan Industri Jababeka (KIJA) also tumbled 6.35%, while Lippo Cikarang and Surya Semesta Internusa slipped 1.37% and 1% respectively.

In the first half of 2013, BEST booked net profit of Rp263 billion, a substantial increase from Rp203.9 billion in the corresponding period of 2013.
