JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of PT Batavia Prosperindo International Tbk (BPII), business and management consultant services company, gained 25% to Rp625 on trading debut this morning.
At this price, BPII has market capitalization of Rp321.25 billion. It listed its 514.01 million shares.
BIPII had offered 150 million shares through the initial public offering (IPO), priced at Rp500 per share, raising proceeds of Rp75 billion.
It booked net profit of Rp30.6 billion in 2013 on revenues of Rp153.3 billion.
