JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Financing firm PT Batavia Properindo Finance Tbk (BPFI) booked net profit of Rp41 billion in 2014, grew by 12.3% from Rp36 billion in 2013. Net profit margin was 18.2% while operating profit margin reached 24.4%.

Revenues rose 7.6% to Rp224 billion from previous Rp208 billion. Its assets increased 33.6% to Rp1.067 trillion and liability rose 9.3% to Rp632 billion.

Meanwhile financing firm PT Buana Finance Tbk (BBLD) booked profit attributable to equity of Rp111 billion in 2014, fell 18.3% from Rp136 billion in 2013. Earning per share (EPS) was Rp67 and net profit margin reached 18.4%.

Revenues declined 4.2% to Rp601 billion from previous Rp627 billion. Its assets totaled Rp3.58 trillion while liability amounted Rp2.48 trillion. (rully@yosefardi.biz)
