JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Coal miner PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (BSSR) booked net profit of US$8.17 million in the first quarter of 2015, compared to US$370,947 profit in the same period of 2014.
Sales rose 24% to US$61.7 million from previous US$50.3 million. Operating profit was US$11.9 million, compared to US$1.16 million profit in the first quarter of 2014.
Sales to Adani Enterprise Ltd accounted for US$44.6 million or 72% of total sales. BSSR made no sales to PT Baramulti Sugih Sentosa and Coastal Gujarat Power Ltd in the period.
In the first quarter of 2014, sales to Baramulti Sugih Sentosa reached US$43.8 million or 87% of total sales while sales to Coastal Gujarat amounted US$6.5 million.
BSSR’s assets reached US$162.7 million while liability amounted US$64.8 million. It has cash of US$6.86 million.
