JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Mineral water producer PT Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk (ALTO) allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp300 billion for this year, to boost investment in PT Delapan Bintang Baswara (DBB).
DBB is subsidiary of PT Tirtamas Abadi Berjaya (TMAB), recently acquired by ALTO. The company targets to book sales of Rp280 billion last year. It booked revenue of Rp194.84 billion in first nine months of last year.
Tri Banyan had in December raised Rp343.3 billion from issuing 680 million new shares (rights issue). Currently the company has assets of Rp342.9 billion and liability of Rp204.9 billion.
