JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Investors also focuses selling banking stocks along with the market crash. Bank Jabar and Bank Bukopin led the correction on the sector.
At 10.39 am Jakarta time, Bank Jabar dropped 8.73% to Rp575 and Bank Bukopin lost 8.13% to Rp565. Year to date, Bank Jabar and Bank Bukopin has fallen 43% and 24% respectively. Bank Bukopin reached its peak at Rp800 in February 18, 2015 while Bank Jabar peaked at Rp1010 in April 2.
Bank Cental Asia also lost 5.47% this morning, falling 13.9% year to date and 26% from its peak (Rp15300) in April 7.
Bank Negara Indonesia fell 4.88%. It fell 32.6% year to date and losing 43.6% from peak (Rp7275) in April 7.
Bank Rakyat Indonesia declined 4.47%, losing 22.3% year to date and falling 31.6% from its peak (Rp13275) in March 31.
Bank Tabungan Negara also dropped 7.35%. The stock lost 21.6% year to date and fell 24.7% from its peak (1255) in March 31.
Bank Mandiri shed 4.12% this morning, losing 23.9% year to date and falling 34.2% from its peak (Rp12475) in March 31.
And Bank Danamon slashed 4.26%, losing 35.4% year to date and dropping 51.5% from its peak (Rp5150) in April 13.
