JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (BVIC) targets to enter BUKU 3 category with core capital of minimum Rp5 trillion in 2018.
As at September 2015, BVIC’s core capital or equity reached Rp2.1 trillion. Its assets was Rp20.45 trillion and third party funds amounted Rp14.48 trillion.
BVIC mulls some options to boost its core capital such as rights issue, retained earnings, and strategic investors.
Current shareholders are PT Victoria Investama Tbk (39.37%), Suzanna Tanojo (12.35%), and public (the rest).
BVIC posted net profit of Rp108.47 billion in third quarter of 2015, declined 18% from Rp132.3 billion in the same period of 2014.
