JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Sinar Harapan Bali gets capital injection of Rp475 billion, making its capital to total Rp695 billion.

The capital injection come from 2 new shareholders, PT Taspen and PT Pos Indonesia that hold 20.2% stake each in Bank Sinar. While Bank Mandiri now controls 58.25%.

Bank Sinar booked net profit of Rp11.85 billion in January-May 2015 period. In 2014, it booked net profit of Rp20.55 billion. Its loan grew by 3.76% to Rp998.25 billion while third party funds reached Rp1.1 trillion.

PT Bank Sinar Harapan Bali (BSHB) is set as as vehicle for implementing the cooperation to provide financial service access for people across the country.
