JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (NOBU), owned by Lippo Group, listed its 4.1 billion shares at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and gained 13% to Rp430 on its trading debut, compared to its IPO price of Rp425 per share.

At price of Rp430 per share, the company has market capitalization of Rp1.76 trillion.

Bank Nobu has assets of Rp1.2 trillion as of December 2012 and equity of Rp256 billion. Lippo Group indeed succeeded in growing the bank from Rp132 billion in December 2010 to Rp1.2 trillion in two years, almost 10 times. The bank’s net profit has also grown from Rp2.16 billion in 2010 to Rp3.97 billion last year.
