JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) booked profit after tax of Rp376 billion in the first quarter of 2015, grew by 31% from Rp286 billion in the corresponding period of 2014.
Net interest income rose 13.6% to Rp753 billion from previous Rp664 billion. Net interest margin (NIM) was 5.47%. Operating profit grew by 42.8% to Rp369.8 billion from earlier Rp258.7 billion.
Its assets totaled Rp61.62 trillion of which credit amounted Rp33.55 trillion. Third party funds reached Rp50.27 trillion of which time deposits accounted for Rp35.26 trillion. CAR stood at 16.49% and LDR was 66.56%.
