JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) provides working capital loan of Rp350 billion for property developer PT Ciputra Residence.

The revolving loan has tenor of 1 year, used to support Ciputra’s business expansion. By 2030, the demand of housing is expected to reach 29.6 million units of homes.

As now the supply of housing only reaches 4,000 units per year, then by 2030 the supply of houses will reach 8 million tons. So the back-log (of supply) will reach 21.6 million units.

As of March this year, Bank Mandiri’s financing for property sector reached Rp10.33 trillion, a 23% growth compared to the same period of last year.
