JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank DKI boosted its time deposits by 113.5% to Rp10.89 trillion in first half of 2014, from Rp5.09 trillion in the same period of last year.
While demand deposits and saving deposits, cheap funds segment, declined 21% each to Rp8.73 trillion and 3.85 trillion respectively.
The bank’s loan grew by 4.64% to Rp18.86 trillion while provision of loans jumped 88.56% to Rp228.38 billion.
Bank DKI booked profit after tax of Rp476.63 billion in first half of this year, grew by 15.32% from Rp380.2 billion in the same period of last year.
Net interest income increased 23.28% to Rp906.35 billion from previous Rp735.18 billion. While operating profit rose 23.31% to Rp468.84 billion.
Net interest margin (NIM) was 6.71% and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) stood at 18.45%, compared to 14.07% a year earlier. Loan to deposit ratio (LDR) reached Rp85.65%.
