JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) plans to issue bonds worth Rp1.45 trillion, part of its Rp8 trillion bond program.

The bank had issued first phase bonds worth Rp2 trillion last year. The second phase bond offering is scheduled for November 15, 2013.

The bond will be issued in three series; series A amounting Rp285 billion with tenor of 2 years and coupon of 8.75%, series B Rp315 billion with tenor of 3 years and coupon of 9.15%, and series C Rp850 billion with tenor of 5 years and coupon of 9.75%.

The bond proceeds will be used to support the bank’s loan expansion.
