JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Bakrieland Develoment Tbk (ELTY) plans to build star-hotel in East Jakarta area next year, a hotel with international standard.
Dicky Setiawan, president director of PT Bakrie Pangripta Lona, ELTY’s subsidary, said the project will cost Rp200 billion.
He said the hotel project is part of the company’s superblock mega project on 3.8 hectares land area, consisting of shopping mall, apartment, and office building.
Currently Bakrie Pangripta is also building Sentra Timur apartment for middle-class consumers which cost Rp400 billion.
