JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Shares of PT Bakrie Telecom (BTEL) has dropped to its lowest for the past two years, lost 75% from its pick in September 2011.

BTEL lost 11.82% to close at Rp97 per share on Thursday (Sept 13). At this price, it has market capitalization of Rp2.97 trillion. While composite index of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) inched down 0.08% to close at 4,170.64.

Bakrie Telecom recorded net loss of Rp749.66 billion in the first half of 2012, widened from net loss Rp214.68 billion in the same period of last year.

Operating revenue declined to Rp1.12 trillion from Rp1.38 trillion in the first half of 2011. Revenue from interconnection and telecommunication services also fell to Rp1.38 trillion from previous Rp1.73 trillion.
