JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Indonesia’s badminton team presented a second gold for the country at the 17th Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea.

The country’s second gold was earned after Hendra Setiawan and Mohammad Ahsan pair beat the home pair of Lee Yong-dae and Yoo Yeon-seong through a three sets in the men’s doubles final match on Sunday (Sep. 28).

Previously, Indonesia has earned its first gold also from the badminton team on Saturday (Sep. 27), presented by Greysia Polii and Nitya Krishinda Maheswari after beating Japanese pair of Ayaka Takashi and Misaki Matsutomo in the women’s doubles final match.

Indonesia is now in a distant fifteen with 2 golds, 3 silvers, and 7 bronzes. China, meanwhile, places on the top position with 110 golds, 68 silvers, and 52 bronzes. (haryantos@yosefardi.biz)
