JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Plantation company PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk (ANJT) will merge with PT Pusako Agro Makmur which engages in plantation and trading and processing crude palm oil (CPO) products.

ANJT will be the surviving company. ANJT now fully controls Pusako Agro Makmur which suffered loss of Rp340.79 million in 2014 on revenue of Rp253 million. Pusako Agro’s assets reached Rp25.39 billion while liability amounted Rp1.28 billion.

While ANJT booked net profit of US$18.27 million last year on revenue of US$170.59 million. Its assets reached US$444 million while liability totaled US$68.57 million.
