JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Consumer financing firm PT Astra Sedaya Finance plans to issue bonds worth Rp1.8 trillion this month, part of Rp10 trillion bond program. The company had earlier issued bonds worth Rp1.7 trillion.
The second phase bonds will be issued in three series; series A amounting Rp545 billion with tenor of 370 days and coupon of 8.75%.
Series B amounts 870 billion with tenor of 37 months and carries coupon of 9.5%, and series C amounts Rp385 billion with tenor of 48 months and coupon of 9.75%. The offering is scheduled for November 19.21, 2013.
Acting as underwriters are PT BCA Sekuritas, PT CIMB Securities Indonesia, PT DBS Vickers Securities Indonesia, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT Maybank Kim Eng Securities, and PT Trimegah Securities.
As of September 2013, its liability amounted Rp25.43 trillion while assets totaled Rp29.79 trillion. It booked net profit of Rp762 billion on revenue of Rp3.21 trillion.
