JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Astra Graphia Tbk (ASGR) had in May 26, 2014, through its unit PT Astra Graphia Information Technology, sold 51% shares of PT AGIT Monitise Indonesia for US$2.55 million to Monitise Plc.
AGIT Monitise provides mobile banking service and platfrom to support software. It also provides mobile payment and mobile commerce.
ASGR targets to book revenue of minimum Rp2.49 trillion this year, a 10% growth compared to Rp2.26 trillion last year.
The document solution business is expected to double its revenue this year. This segment contributed 70% revenue last year.
