JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – PT Astra Agro Lestari (AALI) Tbk sold five crude palm oil (CPO) packages of 9,000 tons Friday (August 24).
The packages were sold at Rp8,270-8,570 per Kg (VAT 10% included). On Thursday, AALI failed to sell 9,000 tons due to low bids. Friday’s agreed prices were substantially higher than the previous week’s Rp7725-7970 per Kg (VAT 10% included).
AALI shares, meanwhile, closed lower by 1.14% Friday, while others ended mostly in higher grounds, led by Bakrie Sumatra Plantations (4.96%) and Salim Ivomas Pratama (2.22%).
In Singapore, Indofood Agri Resources closed lower by 0.69%, while Golden Agri-Resources gained 0.69%. Wilmar International and Kencana Agri, meanwhile, ended lower by 0.62% and 1.52% respectively. (Indonesia Today)
