JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State airport operator PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II booked net profit of Rp1.03 trillion in 2013, declined 15.57% from Rp1.22 trillion in 2012.

Operating cost increased 16.67% to Rp2.94 trillion from previous Rp2.52 trillion. AP II now operates 13 airports of which 6 airports have made a profit.

AP II booked revenue of Rp4.2 trillion in 2013, grew by 5.2% from Rp3.99 trillion in 2012. The number of passengers increased 5% to 86.34 million last year.

AP II targets to book revenue of Rp4.7 trillion this year. This year, AP II will invest Rp8.7 trillion for developing its airports, of which Rp5.7 trillion will be allocated for Soekarno-Hatta airport.
