JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) are in talks with domestic investors for selling 4.5 hectares land.
ASRI targets to book marketing sales of Rp5 trillion this year, but the realized marketing sales in first half of 2016 period only amounted Rp966 billion.
In partnership with China Fortune Land Development, ASRI is now finalising the master plan for developing property project in Pasar Kemis, Banten province.
ASRI booked net profit of Rp560.2 billion in first half of 2016 on revenues of Rp1.28 trillion. Comparing to first half of 2015, the company’s profit inched up 4.5% while revenue declined 26%.
