JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Alam Sutera Tbk (ASRI) booked net profit of Rp876.3 billion in first nine months of 2013, flat compared to Rp869.1 billion in the same period of 2012.
The company suffered foreign exchange (forex) loss of Rp120.33 billion and recorded interest expenses of Rp120.55 billion.
Sales, service and other revenues jumped 79% to Rp3.04 trillion from previous Rp1.69 trillion. Sales of land lots reached Rp1.54 trillion, sales of houses and shophouses totaled Rp1.18 trillion.
While cost of sales and services also increased to Rp1.53 trillion from earlier Rp727.98 billion.
Alam Sutera’s liability totaled Rp8.7 trillion, of which bond debt amounted Rp4.32 trillion. Its assets totaled Rp14.03 trillion.
