JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) postpones to launch new property projects until the period of presidential election this year due to lack of buyers.
By end April of this year, the company booked marketing sales of Rp1.1 trillion. It targets to book marketing sales of Rp5 trillion this year.
It allocates capex of Rp5 trillion for this year. ASRI booked net profit of Rp314.04 billion in first quarter of this year, declined 22% from Rp404 billion in the same period of last year.
Sales, services and other revenues declined 3.3% to Rp871.13 billion from previous Rp901.79 billion.
Its assets totaled Rp15.49 trillion while liability amounted Rp9.85 trillion. The company has cash and cash equivalent of Rp1.68 trillion.
