JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) has acquired 400 hectares land this year, spending Rp1.5 trillion funds.
The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp3.2 trillion for this year, of which Rp2.2 trillion to fund acquisition of lands.
With new acquired land, ASRI’s land area in Serpong will total 400 hectares while land area in Pasar Kemis reaches 1,500 hectares.
As of now, ASRI booked marketing sales of Rp3.2 trillion, representing 61.54% of this year target (Rp5.6 trillion).
Meanwhile other property developer PT Ciputra Surya Tbk (CTRS) allocates Rp180 billion fund for land acquisition in second half of this year, out of this year’s capex (Rp500 billion).
The land area targeted to acquire is, among other big cities, located in Citraland Surabaya.
