JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of PT Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (AIMS) soared 24.29% to Rp870 Wednesday (Oct 16) after The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) resumed trading in this stock. The stock had gained 691% from its lowest in June this year.

IDX had in October 11, 2013 halted trading in AIMS shares of PT Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (AIMS) as the stock had gained sigficantly this month.

AIMS soared 141.38% from Rp410 per share in October 3, 2013 to Rp700 per share in October 10, 2013. The halt of trading aims to cooling down the market, IDX said.

Meanwhile, shares of PT Renuka Coalindo Tbk (SQMI) also soared 24.73% to Rp1,160 per share today, gaining 115% in the past one month.

Renuka, parent of PT Jambi Prima Coal, booked net loss of US$256,864 in June 2013 quarter, halved from US$571,893 in the corresponding period of 2012 as sales revenue almost doubled to US$7.18 million.
