JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Agung Podomoro Tbk (APLN) targets revenues to grow by 10% this second
half and next year, after acquiring 15 hectares of land in Makassar, South Sulawesi, making a total of 45 hectares.
The company had recently acquired 216 hectares land in Karawang, West Java, costed Rp502 billion and developed as
an industrial area.
APLN booked marketing sales of Rp3.18 trillion in first half of this year, grew by 28.5% from the same period of last year. It targets to book marketing sales of Rp6 trillion this year. (yohanneso@yosefardi.biz)
