JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) booked marketing sales of Rp3.1 trillion by August 2014, declined 19.9% from Rp3.91 trillion in the same period of 2013.
This achievement represents 60% of this year’s target (Rp6.5 trillion). Sales of retail space at Harco Glodok project contributed 26.6% of total marketing sales, followed by apartment units sales of Orchard Park Batam (24.7%), and Podomoro City Extension (13.6%).
Other contributors are Plaza Kenari Mas, Grand Taruma property, Borneo Bay Residences, Soho Pancoran, Vimala Hills, and Podomoro City Deli Medan.
APLN booked net profit of Rp355.17 billion in the first half of 2014, declined 20.6% from Rp447.3 billion in the same period of 2013. Revenues also fell 5% to Rp2.29 trillion from previous Rp2.42 trillion.
