JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Agung Laksono, Chairman of the so-called Presidium for Saving Golkar Party,  stated on Friday (Dec. 5) that the Presidium will sue the Golkar Party’s chairmanship congress (munas) in Bali to the State Administrative Court (PTUN) related to money politics and legal issues.

Agung told Detik.com that the Presidium has collected evidences to bring Bali Munas to the court. He, once again, mentioned about money politics occurred before and during the Bali Munas.

Agung also said that Bali Munas is not accordance with the party’s rules (AD/ART).

Furthermore, Agung revealed that the Presidium has almost finished the preparation for a legal-claimed Golkar Munas to be held in Jakarta in January next year. (haryantosuharman@yosefardi.com)
