JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Attorney General Office (AGO) continues the investigation of corruption allegation in PT Sang Hyang Seri (SHS). Two former high officials in the State Owned Enterprises were summoned to the AGO office Monday (Sept 23).
Farida Sri Rahayu, former Public Service Obligation Control Head at SHS, and Mas Dharmawan Suryadi, former Service Obligation Division Head at SHS, both are witnesses, reportedly attended the examination process.
The prosecutor office has arrested four suspects in the case; Rachmat (former SHS Finance Director), Kaharuddin (SHS President Director), Yohanes Maryadi Padyaatmaja (former Production Director of SHS), and Nizwan Syafaat (SHS former Research and Development Director).
Previously AGO declared that there was sufficient evidences (manipulation in the tender process for the procurement of seeds) to raise the investigation process to the inquiry.
After named as the tender winner, SHS had allegedly raised the volume and price of seeds from the project realization. (indrab@yosefardi.biz)
