JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk (MSKY) said its unit Aerospace Satellite Corporation Holding BV plans to redeem its US$165 million notes issued in November 16, 2010.
The notes carried coupon of 12.75% and is scheduled to mature in 2015. The redeemption will be made in December 12, 2013.
MSKY plans to refinance the redemption of notes by its unit with syndicated loan for 3 years tenor arranged by Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, at maximum US$250 million with coupon of LIBOR + 4.25%.
