JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF) plans to seek funds of Rp2.6 trillion through issuing bond and bank loan, Investor Daily reported this morning.
The company plans to issue bond worth Rp1.1 trillion to Rp1.5 trillion in October this year and is now seeking loan of US$100 million, equivalent Rp1.15 trillion.
ADMF targets to disburse financing of Rp33 trillion this year. It booked financing of Rp21.8 trillion as of August this year, 68% of this year’s target.
ADMF booked net profit of Rp758.89 billion in first half of this year on revenues of Rp3.84 trillion. Its assets totaled Rp27.64 trillion while liability amounted Rp22.52 trillion.
