JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (ADMF), unit of PT Bank Danamon Tbk (BDMN), has secured syndicated loan of US$200 million from 11 banks in Singapore, South Korea, Philippines, Middle East, Taiwan, and Japan.
The loan agreement, with tenor of 3 years, was signed Thursday (November 28) in Singapore. ADMF targets to disburse
financing of Rp33 trillion this year.
ADMF booked net profit of Rp1.24 trillion in first nine months of this year, higher than Rp1.11 trillion in the same period of last year. Income rose 21% to Rp5.93 trillion from previous Rp4.89 trillion. While expenses totaled Rp4.27 trillion. Its assets totaled Rp29.24 trillion while liability amounted Rp23.67 trillion.
