JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Adikarsa Sarana had in December 24, 2014 purchased 479.46 million shares of PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi (Emtek) Tbk (EMTK) at price of Rp4800 per share, or Rp2.3 trillion in total.
Meanwhile Archipelago Investment Pte Ltd had in December 29, 2015 purchased 455 million EMTK shares, representing 8.07% of its enlarged capital, at price of Rp5490 per share or Rp2.49 trillion in total.
Rd Eddy Kusnadi Sariaatmadja, the controlling shareholder and chief commissioner of Emtek, had in December 19, 2014 purchased 455 million EMTK shares at price of Rp4800 or Rp2.18 trillion in total. As of September 2014, Eddy Kusnadi held 17.04% EMTK shares.

EMTK allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp350 billion for this year, equal to last year’s capex. It targets 10-11% growth in revenue from integrated media business segment (SCTV, Indosiar, O Channel).
