JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – EPC company PT Adhi Karya (ADHI) Tbk has provided up to Rp200 billion loan to subsidiary PT Adhi Persada Properti (APP).
The four-year loan facility is extendable, depending on cash flow of the project financed. ADHI has 97.93% shareholding in APP.
“APP needs supporting financing to fund development of office building, apartment, and other projects,” ADHI said Friday (June 28).
The loan, carrying interest rate of 8.94% per annum plus provision of 1%, will be disbursed in stages.
