JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – State construction firm PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI), through its unit PT Adhi Persada Gedung, has obtained new contract worth Rp280.58 billion for building Cengkareng Business Centre, in Rawa Bokor, Banten.
ADHI will take 18 months to develop the project. It targets to book new contract of Rp21 trillion this year, a 79.4% jump compared to Rp11.7 trillion targeted for 2013.
The compoany expects to book operating income of Rp14.7 trillion this year and net profit of Rp570.6 billion.
Meanwhile PT Adhi Properti (APP), unit of ADHI, plans to launch the initial public offering (IPO) next year, targets to raise Rp600-700 billion. The company will work on 9 projects this year with total value of Rp18.5 trillion.
