JAKARTA (Indonesia Today) – Ace Hardware Indonesia (ACES), biggest Indonesian household retailer firm, targets revenue to grow 25% to Rp3.75 trillion in 2013, Investor Daily reported this morning.
For this year, the company is optimistic to book revenue of Rp3 trillion, an increase of 25% compared to Rp2.4 trillion revenue in 2011. It booked revenue of Rp1.4 trillion in the first half of 2012.
Helen Tanzil, ACES’ corporate secretary, said the company will add 30 new stores until 2015 to boost revenue by 20-25% per year.
As of September end, ACES had opened 17 new stores. The company allocates capital expenditure (capex) of Rp150-160 billion for new stores expansion.
Helen added shareholders of the company had on Monday (Oct 1) approved the company’s proposal to split stocks 1-for-10. (hans@theindonesiatoday.com)
