PHILADELPHIA (Yosefardi) – Aberdeen Indonesia Fund, Inc., a closed-end equity fund, invested 47.9% of its total portfolio assets in consumers segment in Indonesia as of January 31, 2016.
On January 31, 2016, the Fund’s net assets amounted to US$60 million and the Fund’s NAV per share was $6.35.
Aberdeen Indonesia invested 24.4% of net assets in consumer staples and 23.5% in consumer discretionary.
It also invested 23.2% of net assets in financials, materials 9.3%, industrial 5.8%, telecommunications 7.8%, health care 2.6%, energy 0.9%, utilities 0.9%, and cash 1.7%.
The Fund’s ten largest equity holdings as of January 31, 2016, representing 62.3% of net assets, were Bank OCBC NISP 12.1%, Bank Permata 5.8%, Unilever Indonesia 5.6%, Telekomunikasi Indonesia 4.7%, Bank Central Asia 4.6%, Mandom Indonesia 4.3%, Sepatu Bata 4% and Indocement 4%.
