PHILADELPHIA (Yosefardi) – Aberdeen Indonesia Fund, Inc., a closed-end equity fund, invested 41.3% of its total portfolio assets in consumers segment in Indonesia as of May 31, 2014.
On May 31, 2014, the Fund’s net assets amounted to US$102.5 million and the Fund’s NAV per share was $10.80.
Aberdeen Indonesia invested 22% of net assets in consumer staples and 19.3% in consumer discretionary. It also invested 24% of net assets in financials, materials 12%, industrials 8.8%, telecommunications 4.9%, energy 3.5%, utilities 2.3%, health care 1.6%, and cash 1.2%.
The Fund’s ten largest equity holdings as of May 31, 2014, representing 60.7% of net assets, were Bank OCBC NISP 11.1%, Bank Permata 9.7%, Holcim Indonesia 6.1%, Unilever Indonesia 4.3%, Multi Bintang Indonesia 4.1%, Vale Indonesia 4.1%, Mandom Indonesia 3.9%, and Wintermar Offshore Marine 3.8%.
