SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – Tiger Singapore, unit of Tiger Airways Holdings Ltd, recorded a 24.7% growth in traffic to 752 million revenue passenger-kilometers (RPK), while capacity grew 25% to 895 million available seat-kilometers (ASK).

Number of passengers transported grew 18% to 402,000 last month and increased 14.6% to 4.5 million passengers for 12 months ended May 2013.

The airline’s passenger load factor, represents RPK expressed as percentage of ASK, inched up 3.2% to 84% in 12 months ended May 2013.

Tiger Australia, meanwhile, recorded a 69.6% jump in traffic to 268 million RPK and 104% to 3.047 billion RPK for 12 months ended May 2013. Tiger Australia carried 1.24 million passengers in 12 months ended May 2013.
