JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Composite index of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) ended substantially lower by 2.72% to 4865 Friday (June 7th) on substantial sell-offs by foreign investors.

Foreign investors sold Rp4.98 trillion worth of Indonesian shares and purchased Rp3.16 trillion, resulting in net sell of Rp1.8 trillion.

Semen Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Telkom, Astra, BRI, BCA, Indocement, Trada Maritime, Perusahaan Gas Negara, and Lippo Karawaci were the Top 10 stocks by trading value.

Semen Indonesia lost 7.7%, while PGN down 6.1%. Astra and BCA also lost 4.2% and 4.5% respectively. Dyviacom, United Tractors, Apexindo, Sinarmas Multiartha, Elang Mahkota, Alfamart, and Indomobil prevented deeper correction. Dyviacom and Apexindo surged 24.7% each.
