JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Shares of PT Danayasa Arthatama (SCBD) Tbk surged another 25% this morning, but on thin trading volume.
SCBD, developer of Sudirman Central Business District in Jakarta, gained substantially on Monday (May 27) following a US$180 million land sale deal with Hong Kong-based company.
Trading volume of SCBD shares, however, remained low with only six lots exchanged hands.
Other property stocks were mixed with Lippo Karawaci down 1.27%, while Summarecon Agung gained 1.8%. Intiland Development and Sentul City also down 1.67% each, but Duta Anggada Realty and Ciputra Development gained 9.64% and 2.08% in the morning session.
