JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Automotive component producer PT Selamat Sempurna (SMSM) Tbk has on Thursday, August 22, signed a technical assistance agreement with Japanese company Sueyoshi Kogyo Co Ltd.
The agreement covers technical assistance for fuel tank and hydraulic tank production with first year sales target of 2,280 units worth Rp8.8 billion.
The 37 million investment for die-tooling and machinery is scheduled for commercial operation in the second half of 2014 with construction machinery as target market.
Under the agreement, Selamat Sempurna should pay royalty of 3% to Sueyoshi Kogyo Co Ltd.
