JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Industrial estate developer PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate (BEST) Tbk has dropped 61.4% from peak, deeper than its peers.
At the current price, Bekasi Fajar, which generated net profit of Rp263 billion in the first half of 2013, has market capitalization of Rp3.79 trillion.
Surya Semesta Internusa (SSIA) followed with 56% fall from peak, while Lippo Cikarang and Jababeka dropped 51.8% and 38.6% respectively.
Bekasi Fajar’s first half net profit grew 28.9% from the corresponding period of 2012, while Surya Semesta only inched up 2.1% to Rp382 billion.
