JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Three companies are assigned to develop geothermal in Indonesia by conduction preliminary survey, Bisnis.com reported.

That three companies are PT Hitay Group, PT Bumi Lesugolo, and PT Energy Kinan Internasional. If the project continued, around 800 workers will be absorbed and this three companies will invest around US$2 billion.

PT Hitay Group is assigned to make survey in South Sumatra, West Sumatra, Bengkulu, and East Java provinces. While PT Bumi Lesugolo will conduct a survey in East Nusa Tenggara province.

Energy Kinan Internasional is assigned to make survey in Galunggung mountain, Tasikmalaya regency and city.
