JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Property developer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) prepares three projects worth Rp4 trillion to become the underlying assets for issuing real estate investment fund (DIRE).
The said projects are Tower Jakarta, Tower Surabaya and South Quarter Tower. The occupancy rates for Tower Jakarta and Surabaya reach 90% while South Quarter’s occupancy rate reaches 45%.
DILD targets to book marketing sales of Rp1.5 trillion in the second half of this year, and plans to launch two mixed use projects in Jakarta and Surabaya. The Company booked marketing sales of Rp1 trillion in first half.
DILD targets to book marketing sales of Rp2.5 trillion for this year, a 47% rise compared to Rp1.7 trillion in 2015. The Tax Amnesty program is believed to attract repatriated funds into property sector in the country.
DILD booked net profit of Rp150.65 billion in first half, grew by 16% from first half of 2015, with revenues increased 13.77% to Rp1.13 trillion, from Rp993.43 billion a previous year.
