JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – PT Sigma Citra Caraka (Telkomsigma/Link), subsidiary of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM), is set to scale-up as the switching company for the group of state banks, called as Himpunan Bank Negara (Himbara), out under state investment firm PT Danareksa as the holding entity.
Telkom will remain control Telkomsigma but Danareksa also the shareholder. Telkomsigma is targeted to act as switching company in first half of 2017. This move is part of the synergy of technology for state banks. In late December 2015, Link ATM Himbara was launched.
Telkomsigma expected to book revenues of Rp3 trillion for 2015. In the past, integration system contributed 50% of Telkomsigma’s revenues, followed by data centre (35%), and cloud computing (15%).
