JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (Kemen-PUPR) said Hungary plans to provide US$50 million loan for Indonesia, to fund Water Supply Program and Small Scale Water Treatment Plant for Water Scarcity.

Indonesia and Hungary have since 2013 cooporated in water supply development project. Currently the government of Indonesia targets to develop water supply program in 34 locations with capacity of 20-40 liters per second.

Hungary government also intends to invest in the sewerage system with the central provincial government of Jakarta. The government of Indonesia has built the sewerage system in Bali.
