SINGAPORE (Yosefardi) – Envictus International Holdings Limited said PT Sentrafood Indonesia has in January 26, 2016 completed the sale of land and factory building.
The disposed assets are non-core assets of the Envictus Group and are currently dormant following the cessation of the Group’s noodle manufacturing and distribution business in Indonesia which was
loss-making.
The Land and the Factory Building are not required for the Group to operate and continue its core businesses, comprising its trading and frozen food, food services, beverage, butchery, bakery and nutrition businesses, and the disposal will not affect the Group’s main business.
The Group no longer has any use for the Land and Factory Building following the cessation of its loss-making noodle manufacturing and distribution business in Indonesia from 19 September 2014.
The Group also does not have any current or future plans to operate any manufacturing business or activities in Indonesia.
