JAKARTA (Yosefardi) – Bumi Resources Minerals (BRMS), subsidiary of coal giant Bumi Resources (BUMI), collapsed 9.14% Thursday (August 15) with substantial trading volume.

More than 131 million shares were exchanged hands Thursday. The stock also dropped substantially on Wednesday.

BUMI, meanwhile, ended flat on thin trading volume. In London, Bumi Plc slipped 1.8%, also with thin trading volume.

Visi Media Asia (VIVA), parent company of TVOne and ANTV, also collapsed 9.84% to Rp275 with over 83 million shares exchanged hands.

Bakrie Sumatra Plantations (UNSP), another Bakrie-controlled company, ended lower by 1.96% to Rp50, the lowest quotable price of stocks on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
